2 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on panabet, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and panabet. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility
To register and use panabet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. panabet strictly enforces this age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any bet or wager.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of panabet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by panabet or by any gaming regulatory authority.
- You must not have had a previous panabet account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
Age Verification: panabet reserves the right to suspend any account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued prior to successful age verification may be withheld until verification is complete. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
4 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of panabet services, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one panabet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. panabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify panabet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- panabet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
- You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the Platform.
- panabet reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including during withdrawal requests.
KYC Verification: panabet is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on panabet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). panabet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
Deposits:
- Deposits are credited to your panabet account upon successful confirmation from your payment provider.
- panabet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- panabet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- panabet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
- panabet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account settings.
Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, panabet may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions or closure.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
panabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. panabet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Each bonus offer is subject to a specific wagering requirement, which must be satisfied before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds will be used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.
- Bonuses may have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
- panabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be suspended.
- Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to new Players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.
Wagering Requirements: Before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings, you must complete the applicable wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

- In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game or bet, panabet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account.

- panabet reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or within any single session at its sole discretion.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by panabet's system shall be the definitive reference, subject to any applicable regulatory review.
For sports betting markets, panabet follows industry-standard rules for the settlement of bets, including rules governing postponed events, abandoned matches, and void markets. Specific sport-by-sport rules are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panabet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to panabet immediately.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing panabet staff or other Players through any communication channel.
Fraud Prevention: panabet employs advanced fraud detection systems. Any account identified as engaging in fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended. Funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited or reported to the appropriate authorities.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the panabet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of panabet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from panabet.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
- Use any panabet trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panabet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions to the Platform.
- Loss or corruption of data stored in connection with your account.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
panabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your panabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit panabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Termination & Suspension
panabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.
- Requirement by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may also close your panabet account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the panabet Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or bet, panabet's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external legal action is initiated. To raise a dispute, Players should contact panabet's customer support team with full details of the disputed transaction or game outcome.
Regulatory Complaints: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of panabet's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority overseeing panabet's operations.
